Piure de cartofi

Ing:-6 cartofi;
-150ml lapte;
-20g margarina;
-o picatura ulei;
-sare.
Mod de preparare:
Se curata carofii si se pun la fiert.Dupa ce au fiert se scot intr-un bol si se piseaza impreuna cu laptele,margarina,uleiul si sare.Dupa ce devine pufos si cremos se portioneaza si se decoreaza cu bulion si patrunjel!
