Ciorba de dovlecel



Ing: -3l apa
-4 cepe mari
-1 morcov
-2 ardei grasii
-1 borcan dovlecei
-4 cartofii
-sare,piper
-bors (optional)
-2 linguri bulion
-2 linguri ulei
-leustean
Mod de preparare:
Se toaca toate legumele. Se pune la foc o oala cu cei 3 litri de apa,si se adauga toate legumele la fiert.Se lasa sa fiarba 1 ora.In alta tigaie se pun uleiul si alte 2 ceapa la calit dupa ce, ceapa s-a calit se adauga bulionul.Cand ciorba a fiert timp de o ora adaugi sarea si piperul,apoi opresti focul si adaugi ceapa calita .Apoi o portionezi si adaugi deasupra leusteanul tocat.
